Quarter Lift is a 90-day mentoring program built around the understanding that lasting change takes consistent, guided effort over time. The widely cited 66-day average for new behaviours to become automatic is the foundation. The program gives you the time, structure, and support to move through that threshold properly.

This is a live, guided mentoring relationship with Ana directly. Weekly sessions, regular check-ins, and a framework that adapts to your real life as it unfolds.

By the end of the program, you will have a set of personal systems that hold, and the self-awareness to adjust them yourself when life shifts.

The Quarter Lift program is built around the understanding that, on average, it takes 66 days for a new behaviour to become automatic. The 90-day cycle gives you that threshold, plus time to consolidate, adjust, and build the self-coaching skills that make the change permanent.

The framework combines strategic clarity work with the practical daily architecture that makes clarity actionable. Every aspect of the journey is shaped around your specific goals, your energy, your schedule, and your real life. 

Before you book.

Individual: one 60-minute session plus one 20-minute check-in. Group: one fortnightly 60-minute group session plus one 10-minute individual check-in. All scheduled around your availability. 


All sessions are online via video call. For Perth metropolitan clients, an optional in-person meeting can be arranged for the initial discovery and planning session. 


You leave with the tools and self-awareness to continue independently. Ongoing support arrangements can be discussed at the end of the program. 


Yes. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of this work. Everything discussed remains private. Client identities are never shared publicly without explicit permission.
